For specific seating requirements or if you wish to book special offer or discounted tickets which may not be available online, please email the box office at tickets@cambridge.gov.uk to discuss your booking. 
 
Please carefully check your booking before confirming and making payment, as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date. 
 
Tickets can only be collected upon presentation of a copy of the confirmation email at the box office. If this is not possible, official I.D. (driver's licence or council tax bill) will be required in order to collect the tickets. Please note this I.D. must match the name and address details entered at time of booking. 
 
Tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded, except when an event is postponed or cancelled. 
 
Our liability to you will be limited to an amount equal to the face value of the Ticket purchased by you for the Event. Under no circumstances will our liability extend to costs or losses incurred in connection with the Event, (including cancellation, postponement or rescheduling of the Event); travel, accommodation or hospitality arrangements; loss of enjoyment or disappointment. 
 
Entry to the event will be granted only upon presentation of a valid ticket. Your ticket is valid only for the event and time specified on the front of the ticket. 
 
Resale or attempted resale at a price higher than face value is grounds for cancellation without notice or refund.  
 
When purchasing Tickets you may be restricted to a maximum number per person; per credit/ debit card; and/or per household. We reserve the right to cancel any Tickets purchased in excess of this maximum number without prior notice. 
 
Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources may be counterfeit and will not be honored. 
 
The Corn Exchange cannot be held responsible for agreements with, or tickets purchased from, sources other than the Corn Exchange Box Office. 
 
Some events may have age restrictions imposed by the artist or promoter. Ticket holders must comply with the specified age restrictions and be prepared to provide valid identification upon request. Failure to comply with restrictions may result in refusal of entry without a refund. 
 
Other members of audience may stand or dance in front of you and restrict your view. No refunds will be offered in the event your view is restricted in those circumstances. 
 
If purchasing no view tickets, refunds following complaints of impaired view will not be honored. 
 
Ticket holders will adhere to Cambridge Corn Exchange’s searching policy and prohibited items list. Searching may occur on entry or at any time throughout the event. If illegal items are found upon your persons you will be refused entry and police will be called. 
 
The management reserves the right to refuse admission and eject patrons from the building. 
 
The management reserve the right to alter the programme. 
 
Once a performance has begun, entry may be refused until a suitable break. 
 
Latecomers may not be admitted.  
 
Please be aware that there will be high sound levels during shows and patrons may be subject to continuous sound levels which may cause potential damage to hearing. Ear plugs are available on request should they be required. 
 
Ticket holders consent to being filmed and sound recorded as part of the audience. 
 
Any guest found engaging in disruptive, illegal, offensive or abusive behavior towards staff or other members of the public may be removed from the event without refund. The police will be called where appropriate. 
 
The venue, event organizer, and their respective affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft that may occur during the event, unless caused by their negligence. 
 
Guests are permitted to bring one small bag per person, that is smaller than A4 size (21W x 30L cm x 20D). Large backpacks, travel cases, shopping bags and any bags exceeding the specified size will not be allowed into the venue and we will not be able to store these for you due to security reasons.
